The Plague

I’m not sure it’s entirely sensible, but I’ve started reading “The Plague” by Camus. Perhaps it’s just my strange sense of humour? I have today been trying to get over my anger at the news that we are entitled to no financial help from the Government. Whilst I accept that they have a difficult task, the reasoning behind our non qualification is so slight as to wish a plague on both their houses. I am planning online lessons today and have launched the scheme, but to be honest, the whole thing is rather terrifying. Without the support, a business that has existed for nearly 14 years is now on the brink of failing. Diseases cannot be avoided…..responses can however, be better planned. Now I have to try and get enough writing done to earn a crust…..In fact to paraphrase the Beastie Boys….”I’ve gotta write for my right to party…..”
